We take pride in our work and it speaks for itself.....

Here, you'll find some of our most recent work we've done. YES, this work is mainly done by hand. You can't achieve these results with a steam machine. Good old fashion elbow grease here folks!

The pics above are the "after" pics of a Commercial Walk-in Bakery Oven. We forgot to take some before pics however, since we service this location once every 3 months, we will soon add some "before" pics to make a great comparison.

The pics below are from the same location as the above pics. This location has 2 ovens, 4 large Hoods, 4 small Hoods, 10 Exhaust fans, 10 Ducts and over 50 grease baffles in all per location and 6 locations total. Some locations have even more equipment including a rotating chicken and brisket oven. We clean it all including the Fluke Pipes. Our end result keeps your expensive equipment in tip top conditions for years to come!

The pics below are from the same location as above. As you can see here, there are no Hoods too big, nor too small for us to service either as part of a group of Hoods or just one on its own. We took a picture of the floor once we were done cleaning to show how we take full pride in everything that we do. Once the Exhaust Fan, Duct, Hood, grease Filters and Back-splash has been fully cleaned and fire proofed, we take our time to carefully remove all plastic liners, clean the counter tops and surfaces of the appliances. We prepare a special mop solution and clean the floors thoroughly. In other words, we clean up after ourselves very good. Just ask around to other restaurant owners and they'll tell you about some bad experiences with cleaning companies whom didn't clean up the right way when they were all done. For us, it's the little things that make up all the big things we do. We take PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP as if it was ours!

Above is still the same location and one of their longest Hoods. If you've ever purchased grease Baffles in the past, we're sure that if they were Stainless Steel, you still probably have them today but if they were aluminum or galvanized, they lasted you less than a year. You get what you pay for.

The pic to the left is the perfect example of an oldie but goodie. You can see that it's got some miles on it but since it has been properly serviced for so long, it's still in great shape. Even the Make-up air behind it is still doing great.

Here we did a Food Trailer and I have to say, it was the absolute worst grease fire hazard I have ever seen. It wasn't the current owners fault. The person he purchased it from was operating a Kettle Corn production out of this food trailer however, it was missing one of the most important parts..... the Exhaust Fan! Because of this, the entire inside was covered in that brown/black smoke grease build up on the ceiling, walls, tables (top and bottom), there was grease everywhere and it was just a nightmare. Needless to say, we were still able to perform about a 9 out of 10 scale score in results. Situations like these are best avoided if at all possible. If you come across a GREAT SMOKING deal on something like that to purchase, say no! Avoid it at all cost because yes you might be saving a few bucks on the truck or trailer but it's gonna cost you so much more in cash and headache in the long run that it's just not worth your time nor investment.

With that being said, if you have some horror stories you would like to share, please feel free to email us at lunasexhaustservicing@outlook.com and include as many pics as you can along with your basic information if you like or we can keep you anonymous if you prefer. Tell us your stories and we'll post them here so that we can help spread the word of what people can try to avoid if possible.

Thank you!
